In my two-day seminar, participants do not only gain knowledge about agile approaches and the benefits of iteration but they are also enabled to make the right decision when to use Scrum and when better apply traditional project management. Even more important, participants experience Scrum in small workshops and by working on a fancy project simulation with LEGO blocks. This practice provides the gains and pitfalls of the framework.
The seminar is offered to students in diverse universities and executives or employees in the business context. As no prior knowledge is required, this training is eligible to start from the scratch, to involve many people of the organization, and start right away with agile project management. The goal of the seminar is to achieve the Scrum Master level. After attending the training, a couple of my participants have conducted the Professional Scrum Master Certification.
